The UVP® J-series UV intensity meter measures the intensity of various wavelenths of ultraviolet light. For remote readings, a 4-foot cord connects the sensor to the meter. An infrared filter assures accurate readings when measuring light sources producing infrared radiation. 5X attenuation screen can be used for very high intensity lamp measurements. Self-powered for maximum portability. These analog UV meters are designed to provide accurate, repeatable intensity readings of UV light sources. Ideal for measuring UV radiation in the aerospace, military, food, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as nondestructive testing, quality control, and sterilization processes.
