The Millipore® Filter Holder UV sterilizer rapidly decomtaminates and sterilizes up to three Millipore® filter holders at a time between successive sample filtrations. These sterilizers are used to prevent organism carryover on filter holder funnels and is an economical alternative to steam autoclaving. Filter holders are efficiently sterilized by exposing organisms to four interor germicidal UV lamps. Portable sterilizers are equipped with Sylivania brand G8T5 germicidal UV lamps (2537 angstroms), anodized aluminum reflectors, 3-place filter holder panel, fiberglass transport case and rubber feet. Available in either 115V or 220V.
